The leader's right-hand man. They do the things that need to be done, and generally try to take care of problems before they reach the leader's ears.

They see things. They hear things. They know people. Being in the know is literally in their job description; knowledge is power, and can sometimes be worth a fortune to the right people.

hustlers
If you've got money, they've got the gambling itch and the conman routine. It doesn't matter if they've got Gedderin on their side and they just manage to win every time, or if they're cheating you out of house and home; they've got noses like bloodhounds for money, and it's their job to bring it in, whatever the means.

thugs
It's their job to do the dirty work. Point them at whomsoever you need offed, and lo and behold, it will be done. If you are the person who needs offing, you better run like hell.
